Sleep Disorders Australia (SDA) is a voluntary Not for Profit organisation that provides information and offers support and assistance to people and their families who are affected by sleep disorders throughout Australia. We also advocate for the needs of people affected by sleep disorders. Membership is available to all sufferers, members of their family, medical professionals, and any member of the public who has an interest in the area of sleep disorders.
Sleep Disorders Australia is registered as a public company, limited by guarantee. It is also registered as a charity through the ACNC. It has been endorsed by the ATO as an income tax exempt charity and has ATO endorsement as a Deductible Gift Recipient.
The Articles of Association contain the rules pertaining to the association.
