Your Username will be your Contact number + the first 2 letters of your surname, eg; 4321Be (leaving out the ' as in O'Brien or O'Malley). Your password is the same set of numbers + 2 letters of surname, eg; 4321Be.

If your password fails, re-enter correctly. Passwords are not case sensitive.
If you lose password details or it continues to fail, or you have a membership status inquiry , contact the Membership Secretary by email (click here).
Include your full name and address in the email.

NEW MEMBERS passwords are mailed within 4 weeks of receipt of application.

RENEWING MEMBERS passwords will be shown on their Renewal Invoice mailed at the beginning of the financial year. Passwords will become inactive after October of any year if renewal of subscription is not received, but will be re-activated if a renewal is received later. Life Members and Members with 3 year memberships will receive a letter with their Permanent Password.

If you have allowed your membership to lapse. you can submit a membership renewal at any time by downloading a Membership Application Form (click). Write RENEWAL after the heading, enter your details and post with your annual or 3-year subscription. You do NOT need to add the $11 joining fee. If you renew in the last 3 months of the financial year, your renewal will take effect for the financial year ahead. Your password access and newsletter mailings will resume within 4 weeks of receipt of your renewal payment.

Please retain the confidentiality of your password. SDA values your membership, and the Members Area enables us to provide additional information appropriate to members who have been diagnosed with sleep disorders.
